Motivational Speaking

Motivational speaking is what I enjoy most. It allows me to use my life and death experiences from working as an undercover officer. If I can motivate a new undercover officer on how to buy a large quantity of controlled substances from someone they have never met then I can motivate your team or employees to sell or do anything. I have experienced enough to cover a long career in law enforcement and now I have carried those experiences into the sales field.

The Company

The company was created in the summer of 2018 shortly after I lost the Sheriff's election in May of the same year. I have always loved law enforcement and gave my heart and soul to the profession. I maintained an aggressive, proactive work ethic for my entire career. After losing the primary election I decided law enforcement was not where God wanted me any longer so I branched out on my own and created my own company.

For years as a narcotics investigator, I found I had a knack for connecting the right people to the right places and I was very good at thinking on my feet. I was told weekly after participating in undercover transactions that I had the "gift of gab". Ironically this is the trademark of not only a successful undercover officer but a successful salesperson as well. I now conduct independent sales for multiple different companies in North Carolina as well as connect companies who can benefit from each other's success.

I found my "motivational skills" which I used daily to prepare tactical teams before entries and new undercover officers before large drug transactions can also be applied to everyday situations when dealing with clients and potential clients as well as other salesmen.

I have had a very successful career conducting motivational speaking engagements for all walks of life. Give me the opportunity to motivate your team or employees and watch how your business and their attitudes change to a more successful tomorrow.
